Welcome to Fearless Beaver – Survival Gear. By purchasing from our website or affiliated platforms such as Etsy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Business Conduct & Order Fulfillment
We strive to process and ship all standard orders within 3–5 business days. For custom or made-to-order items, fulfillment is guaranteed within 28 days, in accordance with marketplace standards. Shipping timelines are clearly stated at checkout and in product descriptions.

 

2. Customer Care
Your satisfaction is our priority. We are dedicated to providing high-quality survival gear and exceptional customer service.

3. User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout, including shipping and contact details, is accurate.
Changes to orders must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Failure to provide correct information may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

 

4. Klarna Payment Orders
Orders placed using Klarna are eligible for our standard 14-day return window, beginning from the date of delivery.
Returns must be requested via email. Refunds for Klarna purchases will be processed once items are received and inspected.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Refunds (for Klarna Orders Only)
Due to the nature of our products, which are individually packed and inspected by hand to ensure quality, Fearless Beaver does not accept returns or exchanges on standard orders.

Exception:
In compliance with Klarna’s merchant policy, customers who complete a purchase using Klarna are eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected.

While we are a business, we see ourselves as part of your community. We partner with nonprofits and businesses seeking to showcase our products—whether through prize donations or limited-time revenue-sharing opportunities.

7. Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:

• Credit / Debit Cards

• Klarna payment plans (via Etsy, if available)

• While we do not (yet) offer Gife Cards, if/when we do, they cannot be purchased via Klarna.

 

8. Intellectual Property & Use
All content, designs, imagery, logos, and branding on our website and materials are the property of Fearless Beaver and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written consent.

 

9. Limitation of Liability
Fearless Beaver is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the misuse of our products. Users are responsible for reading and adhering to any safety instructions included with survival gear.

 

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada. By purchasing from our store, you consent to the jurisdiction of these laws.
