SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship our survival bags and emergency kits across Canada, ensuring customers from British Columbia to Newfoundland are prepared for any situation.

 

Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination. Since our survival kits range from 8 lbs to 40 lbs and measure 3ft x 2ft x 2ft, shipping fees may vary.

🔹 Flat-Rate Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): Starting at $XX
🔹 Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days): Starting at $XX
🔹 Remote & Northern Locations: Additional shipping fees may apply

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location:

📍 British Columbia & Alberta – 3-5 business days
📍 Prairies & Ontario/Quebec – 5-7 business days
📍 Atlantic Canada & Remote Areas – 7-10 business days

Note: Extreme weather or high order volumes may cause slight delays.

 

Shipping Carriers

We ship via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx for reliable and secure delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

 

Oversized & Heavy Packages

Due to the large size and weight of our survival kits, some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. Ensure someone is available to accept your package.

 

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, reach out, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please be aware of the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

 

Quality Assurance: Each item in your order has been meticulously hand-picked, packed, and thoroughly inspected for any flaws, damage, or defects (both minor and major, structural and aesthetic) before shipment. We ensure that only items in brand new, perfect condition are included in your package. This rigorous quality control process is designed to eliminate the possibility of receiving a defective product.

 

No Returns or Refunds: Due to our comprehensive quality assurance process, and the fact that we only ship items in perfect condition, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

 

Shipping Damage: We utilize sustainable packaging designed to maintain the integrity of your products during transit. However, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process, as this is beyond our control once the package leaves our care.
