What sets us apart form most our competitors is that we encourage clients to contact us, fill out a questionnaire including items such as,
* Budget
* Need / application (i.e. bug out bag for car, hiking backpack, etc.)
* How soon do you want it? (may impact shipping costs).
We then prepare a quote for you and upon your confirmation, process your purchase and build / ship the item'(s) to you.
Weather you are a family with little to no knowledge about survival bags or a seasoned aficianado of the survival / prepper world, we offer a wide range of products to suit your needs and your budget.
We constantly source and seek new product offerings to strike a balance and aim to prevent any compromise on quality.
Most of our survival bags contain supplies that will last for years*. Please ensure you check and keep items requiring charging, charged at regular intervals so they may be at maximum performance when the need arises.
NOTE: If/when possible, store the bag in temperatures which are neither extreme to preserve the integrity of the items within.
* Please ensure any perishables are checked for expiry and/or, best before dates and replaced accordingly.
We maintain a strict quality control process when hand packing each order. Each and every item is checked for visible flaws, aesthetic integrity and any damage which may compromise the functionality of that item.
Given the aforementioned process, we do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
